VITAL  ISSUES OF COMFORT

FOR GOD’S LITTLE CHILDREN TODAY

God told Isaiah: “Comfort ye, Comfort ye my people, saith your God”.

Many people are worried about where they will be in eternity.

If you are so blest, please read on, for your comfort and the honor of our God. A person concerned or worried about eternal destiny is a believer in God. Hell bound sinners do not fear God or Hell, for they have no heart-felt understanding of either.

Paul said, Moreover, Brethren, I declare unto you the gospel.

Paul also said, by the inspiration of God, that Jesus Christ died for sinners, of whom I am chief, this must include people who feel to be sinners before God?

THE FOLLOWING

Will warm

YOUR  HEART

How did Jesus Christ die according to the Scripture?

The old ceremonial law service required an innocent animal to die in the place of the sinner. This service pointed to what Jesus would do when He came. The Lamb of God came to take away the sin of the world. He was also our Great High Priest. He offered Himself without spot to God while He hung on the tree. God Almighty then made Him to be sin for us. This separated Him from sweet happy fellowship with His Father. This was a death to His Father, because His Father cannot fellowship with a Son made to be sin, even though He had no sin of His own. He bare our sin in His own body on the tree.

How was He buried according to the Scripture?

He was buried under the cover of darkness. The sun refused to shine. He was buried under the wrath of God for our sin. He was our substitute. He took our place of punishment because He so loved us. The Father saw of the travail of His soul and was satisfied. Righteousness and peace kissed each other in Him because grace and truth (judgment against sin) met together in Him that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. Isaiah 53:19-12

How was He raised again?

When Jesus had satisfied the just and holy law of God in our room and stead, He was raised up from the death to His Father which He experienced when He was made to be sin for us. That resurrection took place while He was still hanging on the tree. After the light and fellowship with His Father were restored, Jesus said, “It is Finished”, and then he bowed His head and committed His Spirit into the hands of His Father. His body was taken from the tree and put in a borrowed tomb. Seventy two hours later, after Atonement was made, He was raised again for our justification. “God hath ful-filled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the seco! nd psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee.”

Dear and precious sinner, your soul can take comfort in the fact that Jesus Christ gave His life blood for you on the tree. Be ye reconciled to the fact that your sin debt is paid in full by your Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ.

Be comforted by His finished work.

Be ye reconciled to the fact that Jesus did all that God required of us.

Rest in His love by doing the love of  your heart, share the good news with others and worship publickly where this message is heard.

We love the gospel of how Christ died, was buried, and rose again the third day according to the Scripture.
